A man was killed in a hog hunting accident in North Carolinians heartland, a family member told Fox News.
Adam Lamm, 33, was working in the field with a hog hunt when the accident occurred Sunday, according to his brother, Michael Lamm.
Adam was working as a field guide in the early morning hours, when the hog he was using broke loose from a rope and crashed into his pickup truck, according his brother.
He was transported to a local hospital where he died.
“Adam had an incredible sense of humor,” Michael Lampson said.
“He always had a smile on his face, but always in a good way.
He loved to make people laugh and make people feel good.”
Adam was an avid hunter, Michael said, and his family has been grieving since his death.
“I’m a little shocked, but I’m just trying to move forward with the rest of my life,” he said.
“We just want to know what happened and why it happened, and then hopefully move forward.
Adam was a good man, and he was loved by everyone.”
