The Morgan hunt job board is to create a new job hunting service in a bid to stem the tide of people leaving jobs in the country.
The Hunt Service, a non-profit organisation that aims to help unemployed people find jobs in Australia, is expected to launch the new site in early March.
The new job board will be run by the National Centre for Job Seekers and Recruiters, which was created by the Government in 2014 to promote job seekers in the rural and remote areas of the country.
“We’re looking for people to help us launch the Hunt Service in Australia and to support them with our business and operations, which will give us more opportunities for our members,” the Hunt service’s executive director, Simon Boulton, said.
“We’re very excited about the opportunity to expand our services and the opportunity for people from our community to get involved.”
Mr Boulonson said the new job search site would be based on a database that he said would be updated weekly.
“The Hunt service will be able to provide jobs for people who have lost their job in the last six months,” he said.
Mr Bournon said people would be able use the Hunt Services’ online portal to apply for jobs and would also be able connect with their local employers.
“This will enable us to work with employers and recruiters and help them recruit people in our community,” he told Al Jazeera.
Mr Hunt, who was a director of the Hunt Agency before he became CEO of the organisation, said the Hunt agency was working closely with the government to promote jobs in rural and regional Australia.
“In a nutshell, we are a job agency, we’re the national agency that supports people who are looking for jobs in regional and rural Australia, and we’re going to help them get the job they’re looking to get,” he added.
The National Centre has been operating in the South West since 2012 and has since provided jobs to more than 1,000 people in regional Australia, the South, Central and Northern Territory, Northern Territory and Western Australia.
It also provides employment training to rural and Indigenous communities and provides job opportunities to people who want to start a business.
