What do we think of new job hunt etiquette in India?
The new job searching etiquette in our country is becoming more formal and a bit more strict with more stringent requirements.
We have heard about the new rules in a recent survey conducted by JobHunting.com, but what do we really think about them?
I am not too familiar with the new norms, so I will share my opinion here.
I think the new rule on job hunting in India is an absolute disaster.
If the government is serious about bringing back job hunting into the fold, then it will have to make changes to the job hunting rules.
What I am trying to say is that the new regulations are a joke and should not be implemented.
The new rules make it difficult for job hunters to find jobs in the industry and make it impossible for job seekers to find work.
There are many jobs that are not available in India and it has become more and more difficult to find a job in the Indian industry.
Job hunting has become an increasingly difficult and time consuming process.
Even if a job seeker gets the chance to apply for a job, they are still required to do a lot of paperwork and research before they get the job.
In India, job hunting is not done by hiring a recruiter or a manager.
A job seeker has to fill out an application and submit a fee.
They have to prove that they are capable of performing the job and that they will be a reliable and trustworthy person.
Once they get a job they are required to go back to their respective employers and present them with the application.
This is a process that can take up to six months, which is not good enough.
Why is it that the government has not changed the job hunt rules?
There is a saying in the job market that “If you don’t work hard, you will never get a chance”.
Job hunters have become more dependent on a recruitee and a manager than they used to be.
That has made it difficult to recruit from outside India.
As a result, job hunters have been left behind.
Are job hunting jobs available in the current market?
Yes, job seekers have been working hard and applying for jobs.
However, it is difficult for jobs in this industry.
Job seekers have no other option but to find other job.
They can find work in any sector in the market.
It is not a simple matter of finding jobs.
Job hunters in India are now going through a process of searching for a position.
Some job seekers, who had to do the work themselves, were given an allowance of Rs 10,000 and were also paid Rs 25,000 to get a good job.
This has caused a lot havoc for job hunting.
Can we expect a job search in India in the near future?
We may be able to find good jobs in India but there are so many other options for jobseekers in India.
Job hunting is becoming a burden on the job seekers and they are not going to be able find any job in India anymore.
We are living in a post-industrial society and job hunting has made us a burden.
Indian job hunters are not the only ones to suffer from job hunting laws in India because there are others in the private sector too.
Currently, there are several job seekers who are still looking for work and the government needs to rethink the job search rules.
Jobseekers are being put in a bind, especially as there are many vacancies in the sector.
How can we help them?
The government needs more resources to support job hunters.
By providing a loan of Rs 1,000 for job seeker to apply and apply for jobs, it will help job hunters in the long run.
According to the government, job searching is an essential process for the economy.
Let’s do something about job hunting and bring it back to the fold.
