HILLARY CLINTON: I am proud to have been endorsed by President Obama for his 2016 presidential campaign.
And I thank the president for the job he’s doing, the great jobs he’s bringing home, and the opportunity to be the leader he promised.
But I think it’s important to note, he also said, I’ll be the only candidate who will be able to beat Donald Trump.
I don’t think you’re going to see that happen.
I’m going to beat him.
The American people will see that.
So I look forward to working with President Trump and the American people.
JOE Biden: I’m here with you today to make it clear that our jobs, our economy, and our values are on the line.
We have to get back to making America great again.
But when we do, America will be great again, and I’ll do everything I can to make sure that happens.
And, by the way, I just had a call from my friend John McCain.
He is a good friend.
He has always been a great friend of mine, but, you know, we need a new direction for the country.
So he’s been on a roll.
He’s a great guy.
He was a great candidate, but I think he’s a little bit over-excited about the presidency.
And that’s why he needs to be more careful.
JOHN MCCAIN: John, thank you.
And thanks to all of you for coming.
And we’re ready to get started, and we will be.
Thank all of our wonderful supporters.
Thank them all.
Thank your colleagues.
Thank the president.
And to all Americans, I know you’re counting on us to deliver.
Let’s get it done.
And if you’re out there and you’re wondering, we’re on Twitter, and it’s #JobHuntsCliparts.
And thank you for all of your support.
Now, John, I’m ready to go home.
